The frame

IMAX films are shot for a 1.43:1 or 1.90:1 frame, so you see more picture rather than a wider crop of the same one.

The projection

Dual laser projectors cover a screen that runs wall to wall and floor to ceiling.

The sound

A 12-channel mix placed around and above the audience, tuned per auditorium.
